We believe that the best places are created in partnership with the people who live there. The best places have always been places that change. We design new places in response to their wider physical and cultural context based on a thorough understanding of both the practical and theoretical application of urban design. We are also visionary people who recognise that for our ideas to be successful they must connect with the needs and aspirations of both our clients and local communities. We believe that an understanding of how our designs can better relate to their setting enriches both the project, and our shared built environment.

We have experience of working with developers and communities to successfully develop and communicate  imaginative visions for the way places will change and develop over time, with recognised success in inspiring the support of local people. We believe this is a fresh approach to place making, one based on our commitment to engaging in the transformation of places at a human scale. Even our biggest projects are Snug Projects.
